This week my nephew of 46 years old was diagnosed with bacterias in the heart. Could you please answer this bacteria problem to me, can you explain the reason why there would be bacterias there?

All was fine until I month ago where some silicone granula are stuck into my legs, feet etc.I wonder if some plant could safely dissolve silicone granula in legs, and push it through the Lymphatic system.
