Rose-ringed Parakeet eats seeds

Rose-ringed Parakeet Although the color of the beak is red, there is a black stripe at the end of the beak. A black ring around the neck and a light red stripe just below it is a sign of a toad. The entire tail is green except for the blue on the upper side and the yellowtail on the lower side. Babies do not see black circles.
