TwoSistas, MindsetMonday and what's the "muck" all about? Sometimes, when you are stuck in a muck or your mindset is just not where it should be, you may think you are in a muck and you by all accounts are exactly right - Janis shared this morning that she was feeling this way and did some soul searching through journaling. We think it's that important to share with you our passion for wellness through fitness and nutrition and how our outside world can put us in that muck and of course, we want to share with you how we get out of the muck as well!
A look back a year ago and what has transpired and all of the blessings in-between! Yesterday, was the 1st Anniversary of our Dad's passing - we love and miss him and will always keep his spirit alive!
