Sussmann was indicted by the Durham investigation looking into the origins and crimes committed in crafting the phony Russiagate narrative. Sussmann passed "data" to the FBI and funneled it to media outlets while working on the Clinton campaign. Clinton operatives then used those reports to claim a Trump-Putin conspiracy was being uncovered, despite planting the information themselves. [Correction: The lawyer’s name is Mike Sussmann; Kyle mistakenly called him Mark.]

Kyle discusses recent reporting by Bob Woodward on Chairman of the Joint Chiefs Mark Milley. Woodward claims that Milley twice contacted a Chinese general about potential US attacks on China, placing himself into the nuclear chain of command.
