Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra Problems, Welcome to Bixby had to go! External MIC not working

The Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra continues. While making video a "WELCOME TO BIXEY" screen started appearing cutting off my videos. In my efforts to fix this problem the external MIC I use with the phone stopped working. This is my talk about this ongoing SAGA!
