Our political parties have been heavily influenced and largely corrupted by wealthy individuals, powerful groups and multinational corporations. 

However, the vast majority of Americans that vote in the election of our president truly believe that they are choosing the better of the two choices, for themselves, and for their country.  

Our system of voting is the most important part of being an American, imperfect as it is, because we use it to balance our different national ideas, and to protect from the ABUSES OF ONE-PARTY RULE.
