Holistic Health Podcast #6: Spike Protein Problems and Solutions

Unfortunately, with vaccine mandates at full speed, covid still needs to be our main topic. Here's a rough breakdown of the content:

First, a discussion of talking points...and why it's probably not a good idea to use terms like "pureblood" to describe the unvaccinated.

@30 minutes: some advice if your back is against the wall and you are forced to take the shot (short version: take supplements with shikimic acid like fennel and anti-inflammatories like baby aspirin, quercetin, turmeric, and mangosteen).
@37 minutes: why Biden's executive order to mandate vaccines is probably illegal and why you should wait for the lawsuits to play out if you are mandated to get vaccinated.
@45 minutes: what to do if you are locked down Vietnam-style and can't get herbs/supplements for covid (or any other illness) - a look into everything from the spices in your kitchen to faith healing, hypnosis, and home acupressure.
