Millers Pond San Antonio Catch Clean Cook Fish Fry Catfish Fishing Cooking

We went to Millers Pond in San Antonio, TX and caught several nice channel catfish so we went straight home and did a clean and cook trying a couple different fish batter recipes. It does not get much better than freshly caught catfish!
