Texas: Around 4 am - Haitian migrants were released into the U.S. They were sleeping outside the Del Rio airport awaiting flights to Florida. Migrants did not say who paid for their flights.

Bill Melugin, of FOX News reported that their photographer flew out of Del Rio this morning and said his flight had a Haitians on it as well.
