Liberty Minute - 20210924

This is the Liberty Minute for Friday, day 557 of 15 days to slow the spread.
Democrat leaders have agreed on a framework to pay for the $3.5 trillion spending bill. No details yet, but I'm sure it will involve more taxes for citizens to pay.
Many Republicans still say they will not vote to raise the debt ceiling. Democrats argue that the bills have to be paid. Defaulting on the debt would be disastrous, but a government shutdown might be the best thing to happen in Washington since January 20th.
I have a novel idea. How about you stop spending trillions of dollars at a time? Maybe cut some of the existing wasteful spending?
Beginning January 1st, warehouses can't fire or even discipline employees who fall short of production quotas. So, get a job in a California warehouse and just show up every day. You can't be fired for not working.
