Basically the mandates and bylaws are illegal, and totally useless. They are "recommendations'.

Steps to take

1. Ask the employer or union to cite the exact piece of legislation that is giving them the authority to implement this "vaxxine policy". And ask them where are they getting the authority to breech my privacy

2. If you lost your job due to unvax status, the person that fired you did not have the legal framework for firing you. And it is in violation of several pieces of federal legislation (and case law) that basically makes it illegal for any provincial legislation to override your fundamental rights.
