EMF Attacks, Weaponized Cell Phones

I noticed this when i put on phone on top of another last night. The other phone was "off" and still had this reading coming from it. It was around 1800 tesla units radiation.

This morning i checked all the phones. That sane phone eas doen to 500t units, but my main phone was now at 1800+ and decided to record it.

Last night, I checked with mulpiple scanners, several apps, and they all read the same on that "off" phone.
