Do you have any milk? Great! I will show you how to make a delicious and tender cheese from three ingredients.

List of ingredients:
✅ Milk - 1,5l
✅ Sour cream - 250g
✅ Chicken egg - 3pcs
✅ Salt and dill - to taste
✅ Great mood - ∞

Cooking method:
✅ Beat the sour cream and eggs with a whisk.
✅ Add the resulting mixture to the boiling milk.
✅ Cook for 7-10 minutes, until lumps form.
✅ Next, you need to carefully strain the hot mass through cheesecloth. The cheese is almost ready! Put something heavy on it to give it a shape. When it cools down-eat and enjoy!
