SWEDEN - OFFICIALLY AND STUBBORNLY NEUTRAL - HAS TURNED TO THE US-NATO SECURITY UMBRELLA

For two centuries, Sweden - officially and stubbornly neutral - has turned to the US-NATO security umbrella because of Russia's actions.

The Swedish government has reintroduced military recruitment, relying on Russia's attacks on neighboring nations and rapid military mobilization.
