One of the greatest qualities and virtue of any person is to be patient. Is like Elon Musk said, "Patience is a virtue, and I'm learning patience. It's a tough lesson". In my opinion, is one of the hardest traits of the alpha mindset and self-development journey to learn and conquer.

Here are some of the reasons why you might have a hard time with patience:

1. It forces us to be present without certainty

2. It will take away power and control

3. You might have a discomfort situation

4. You have to force yourself to reframe your attitude

5. Your might want this quicker than your expectations
