This is the Liberty Minute for Monday, day 560 of 15 days to slow the spread.
House Democrats passed a bill protecting abortions through all nine months of pregnancy. If made law, this bill will invalidate all state laws limiting abortion in any way.
Democrats seem to be stuck in a stalemate over the $3.5 trillion spending bill. Good! Anything to slow down the out-of-control spending by our federal government.
At least 12,000 of the 17,000 illegal aliens from Haiti that showed up at the southern border have been released into the US. How many have scheduled immigration hearings, and how many will show up to those hearings?
Speaker Pelosi seems confident that the House will pass the $1.2 trillion infrastructure bill on Thursday. Man, I sure miss seeing spending bills less than 13 digits long.
