Holiness means to be separated - set apart Follow God’s example, therefore, as dearly loved children 2 and walk in the way of love, just as Christ loved us and gave himself up for us as a fragrant offering and sacrifice to God.

I gotta be holy. It's entails a daily effort. Being made of flesh as a man connotes that we become naturally attracted to the things of the flesh much more than the things of the spirit. It therefore means that to live holy, we must drift away consciously from the things of the flesh and force our way everyday towards holy living.

I see holiness in man as man conforming to the very image of god. God created man in his image and breathe life which is his spirit into man and he became a living soul. Psalms 82: 6 says: I said 'you are gods, and all of you are children of the most high'. Therefore, if sin is not found in god and he does not behold iniquity; that also should be our very nature.
