Where Are The Google Search Settings (e.g. Autocomplete Settings)?

Where Are The Google Search Settings (e.g. Autocomplete Settings)? When you open a new tab in Google Chrome on your phone (iPhone or Android) or PC (Windows 10) there are no Google search settings to find.

- You need to go to the URL: www.google.com and then on the phone you will find the settings in the left top menu and on the PC / MAC you will find them in the right bottom.
