My Worst online shopping experience ever, Jimmy Choo

I had my worst online experience buying a pair of shoes from Jimmy Choo online websitehttps://row.jimmychoo.com/
In simple word, I felt the company I have simply scammed me and yes they did
I returned an undamaged pair of shoes as the shoes were too big for me, I returned the item in my 14 days allowed of refund, the company without no warning sent me a pair of shoes that was damaged and with none of the dust protective bags in the bag, they just throw it in a box and sent it to me.The refunded to refund me, but thanks to my banks that looked at the case I received my full money back

I will never buy from this company ever.
