Where in the World is Jeff Carman??? Toronto???

I found an old Hardy Boys book yesterday with some interesting, extra content. I'm trying to find the original owner of the book from back in in the 80... Jeff Carman, who it appears lived in the Toronto area. Thanks for your help!
