CONGRESS CAN AND SHOULD REMOVE THESE GENERALS!

Senate Armed Services Committee is holding a Dog and Pony show as to the "Who's and What's of the downfall of Afghanistan" At the end of this it needs to take the next Constitutionally allowed step and remove these Generals.
