This is clearly a law and the AG should obey the law! If the Legislators want to change it from Shall to May in the future, they can do that. For now here is the Law. The AG should both enforce and follow the Law!

We need to ensure that AZ AG Brnovich enforces the Subpoena despite President Fann's Agreement.
