BILL COSBY: a targeted attack and this is why

Many people are in prison when they should not have been. This is because they do not have the resource to put up a robust defence; poor and coerced into admitting a crime they did not commit for the sake of lesser time in prison because the evidence appears stacked against them. In law, due process is paramount and it is no different in the Bill Cosby case. An innocent man sent to prison for a crime that he say he did not commit, and the state could not prove that he did. The Supreme Court overturned the conviction, and in this case, the system works.
