In this episode I reach the end of investigation into the offices within the Department for Education, rounding off with the ideological Independent Review Mechanism, which seems to demonstrate that the largest population of foster parents in the UK are Pakistani, so nothing to worry about there (aside from also being the demographic with the largest participation in grooming gangs, so good luck there kiddies!), and then finishing off with the Office of the Schools Adjudicator, in what seems to be a rung in the ladder of decision making inability.

I round off the episode with details of the £43 billion gaping hole in the budget report, and 2,900 staff that do not seem to exist, so rather typical for 'education' to be run by dunces (or more likely, ideological criminals).
