Notice he didn't receive a return salute. Also notice Pelosi's funky mask. Then see the first guy slaps Joe on the shoulder (to a President?) the second guy appears to address Biden with "Hey Bud", then again Biden is confused and Pelosi directs traffic. Also, I can see only one potential secret service guy and he was completely out of position.

How is it people don't see something is going on?
