Why Hollywood protestors see L.A's Vaccination ID's as no "laughing" matter

The protest occurred on Saturday night October 2nd, 2021 across from the Laugh Factory nightclub on Sunset Blvd in Los Angeles. 30 or so protested L.A. officals' limiting of access to food and drink establishments according to whether individuals would present evidentiary Vaccination ID cards or online apps.
