Was the transaction completed after Chinese military planes seen flying in and out of Bagram airbase in Afghanistan? There is a spirit of fear that has overwhelmed the country and my alma mater may be at the root. I have a hard time understanding why so few showed up at homecoming--Where homecoming began BTW--even concerns with the weather, weather issues have always been around especially in DeKalb, but the Covid 19 restrictions are new so that's more likely for the small crowds.
