The Two Witnesses

Taken from Zachariah 4, Revelation 11and Psalms 79; these are the two anointed ones.
Revelation 11 and Zachariah 4 speak of the two “anointed ones” or “sons of oil”
This all takes place during the great tribulation when satan is present on the earth.
Revelation 11:1 And there was given me a reed like unto a rod: and the angel stood, saying, Rise, and measure the temple of God, and the altar, and them that worship therein.
2 But the court which is without the temple leave out, and measure it not; for it is given unto the Gentiles: and the holy city shall they tread under foot forty and two months. 3 And I will give power unto my two witnesses, and they shall prophesy a thousand two hundred and threescore days, clothed in sackcloth. (Around 10 days before antichrist)
>Notice the explanation of the time given to the gentiles and the time given to the Two Witnesses. It is important to note that any prophesy regarding satan and his children are always given in months based on the lunar cycles of the moon. Satan is a child of the night or darkness.
On the other hand any prophesy given to the true children of God is always given in days or the cycles of the sun (SON) that are solar. We are children of the day or Light.
If you look closely you will see that there is about a one week difference between the months and the days given in these two time periods. (around 3-1/2 years) Even this week has been shortened to only a few hours. I believe these verses are telling the children of light that the Two Witnesses will be present on earth less than a week before the appearance of the antichrist. They will give the saints of God instructions and inspiration to stand against the false messiah as in Revelation 11:5. Satan, right at the end of his rein here on earth will kill these Two Witnesses and three and a half days later their dead bodies shall raise from the streets and a paralyzing fear will come upon the children of darkness. And then the true MESSIAH JESUS THE CHRIST will return at His the Second Coming.
