1 lbs Grass Fed Ground Beef 85/15
0.5 lbs Organic Ground Pork
1 Medium Onion
1 Clove of Garlic
1 Egg
Salt Pepper

Sauce:
3 oz Butter
1 Cup Organic Chicken Stock (Bone Broth)

1 Cup Organic Beef Broth

Salt & Pepper
0.5 cup Heavy (Double) Cream
0.75 Cup Almond Flour (Use Hald as much Regular Flour)
Parsley
