Self-Care = Better Orgasms

Taking care of myself so much so that when I look in the mirror that I can say to myself I am beautiful increases my ability to feel comfortable when I am naked with my lover.
Exercising my body, feeding myself whole foods that nurture every cell of my body gifts me with energy to use to pleasure myself with my lover. As I care for my body my confidence grows and I feel alive.
