Fraser MacPherson (1928-1993) was a leading jazz musician and session player in Vancouver, B.C.

He recorded this live album with his regular trio (Oliver Gannon - guitar and Wyatt Ruther - bass) on 16 December 1975 at the MacMillan Planetarium in Vancouver, B.C. It was released on Fraser MacPherson's record label, the now defunct West End Records, catalogue number West End 101.

The album has been deleted and unavailable for decades. The audio here was taken from a 1970's Canadian pressing of the original vinyl LP.
