STOP COMPUSORY VACCINATIONS
Professor David Flint and Peter Manuel discuss the urgent need for Canberra to ensure , as the Prime Minister has said, that vaccination remain a matter fof infomed consent.
David Flint argues that the Victorian decree requiring a million 'authorised workers ' to be vaccinated is beyond the power of the Victorian government under the Victorian legislation, the Public Health and Wellbeing Act, 2008. Constitutionally, the Federal government and Parliamnet could override this by an order under the Federal Biosecurity Act, 2015; thus confirming the Prime Minister's message to the people that vaccinations would remain voluntary.
The Federal Government should support Craig Kelly's No Domestic COVID Passports Bill, whihc would with singular clarity stop what some politicians are trying to force on the people. It is clear from all overseas experience that neither lockdowns nor vaccines will get rid of the Wuhan virus.
