Which countries have highest and lowest drug freedom?

Drug freedom: On a scale from 0 to 100, how free is the production, trade and consumption of substances which are usually deemed harmful.

There are 160 countries on this index (2020). Some countries, most of them african and smaller island countries are not part of the index.
