Dr. Mercola demonstrates how to safely and effectively nebulize hydrogen peroxide

Inhaled nebulized very low concentration safe antiseptics are an extremely effective and rapid acting early treatment for ALL respiratory infections. They work best if you start the treatment as soon after the first symptoms as possible. It is not difficult and does not require a high investment, but you do need to know some basics. Dr. Mercola explains these basics in this video.

Hydrogen peroxide can also be replaced by iodine (Lugol's solution) which is safe for internal use in low doses.
