Planting cinnamon forest

Cinnamon is the part obtained from the bark of the stems and branches of some plants of the genus Cinnamomum, has a spicy, aromatic taste that is used as medicine and as a spice in food processing. While cinnamon is sometimes referred to as "true cinnamon", most internationally traded cinnamon is derived from related species, which are referred to as "cassia" to distinguish them from "true cinnamon".
