JCHS Claims that JCHS and CVAR had to Sedate Where when with his Human They Did not. Animal Cruelty?

I allege that CVAR, Center Valley Animal Rescue with Co-conspirators Officer Wendy Davis, Animal Attorney Adam Karp and other Alleged Co-conspirators are GUILTY of Animal Abuse, they knowingly inflicted stress on Moses knowing full well the dog was more at peace with his own, calm with owner, they sedate.
