Billie is reporting on the following:

1. Billie is reporting on Project Odin which is designed to observe, detect, identify and neutralize anything that is not of the Alliance approval.
2. The satellites to make up the new Starlink system to bring on the Quantum Financial System. Initially, the goal was to have 12K satellites put into the atmosphere. Currently, there are 50% to 80% of this goal has been met. The Alliance is in the process of taking down MSM.
3. It is reported that one of the capabilities of the new Starlink satellite system is it can de-platform other MSM satellites.
4. ShariRaye is also talking about the ten Day of Darkness in October. All banks will be affected. Some are going to close and all will have to go off-line for a short period of time to be re-uploaded to the new Quantum Financial System.
5. CirstenW and Michael Jaco are reporting that we will be in an intermittent blackout. This will be on a global system. The power will go out in different areas in order for the new Starlink system to connect not only to banks but other facilities such as power stations, cellphone services, Internet and more.
6. CirstenW and Michael Jaco are reporting that the National Guard will be deployed all over the U.S. There might be some form of Martial Law in some areas.
