If you ignore a Congressional subpoena, and your old boss can’t protect your ass with “executive privilege” because he’s just a private citizen now, then guess what? You should go to jail.

See? Isn’t that clear as day?

And DOJ and Biden already declined to invoke executive privilege on Trump’s behalf, so I’m not really sure what he thinks he’s invoking here🤦🏾‍♂️
