Jay Sekulow & Gov. Kristi Noem Team Up To Take Down Abortion Industry

The State of South Dakota and its Governor, Kristi Noem, have commissioned the ACLJ and our Chief Counsel Jay Sekulow to go to battle for them in the ongoing Planned Parenthood v. Noem lawsuit. As we’ve written, “Gov. Noem is trying to uphold a state law that requires counseling to be provided for women seeking abortion from a third party pregnancy center in order to ensure the pregnant woman is truly informed on the abortion procedure before receiving one.”
