In this episode, Faith and Freedom Fighters Robert Muise and David Yerushalmi discuss their busy September litigation schedule, reviewing several important cases. They also discuss the latest attack on the right to free speech initiated by Attorney General Merrick Garland, who has now vowed to go after parents who complain to school boards that are forcing critical race theory and transgender ideology on their children in public schools across the country. Meanwhile, not a word out of the AG’s mouth about clamping down on the actual violence perpetrated by Antifa and Black Lives Matter. In other words, the Attorney General is weaponizing the Department of Justice to do the bidding of the progressive Left. Finally, Muise and Yerushalmi discuss the latest report that in 2019, before the global COVID-19 pandemic, China dramatically increased its spending on PCR tests in Wuhan—tests which are used to detect COVID-19. This is yet more evidence of China’s complicity.
