Tim Larkin here. I'm a huge supporter of women getting trained in self-defense. I've trained hundreds of women over the years, and I know many women that are very well trained. What I want to share with you is a self-defense commercial shared with me by a lot of people. This is my review, and what I think is the wrong message to be sending for women's self-defense.
