Fear God and Keep the Feast of Tabernacles

The feast of tabernacles is a time for us to present our self before God at His appointed time in the place He has chosen to place His name. We attend the Feast of tabernacles as an expression our our reverent fear of the great creator God. This fear of God is the beginning of wisdom.

The feast of tabernacles pictures the time that follows the return of Christ as king of kings. He will establish and preside over the rule of God on earth for 1,000 years. The laws of God will be the laws of the land and all people will learn the proper fear and respect of the creator.

Fear of God is not the end of the process, rather it is the beginning. Fear of God when translated into obedience becomes the love of God. This love then leads to peace with God and peace with our fellow human beings. When we achieve this peace we rejoice.

The feast of tabernacles is a time to fear God and obey His instructions regarding attendance, to learn more about His great laws of love, to live in peace with all those who are also at the feast of tabernacles and to rejoice. The feast of tabernacles provides a wonderful reminder of the future our Father has in store?
