State 48 Pilsner Drink Along with Beer and Gear #9 3.5/5

From the grand Canyon State we're drinking local today. I love this brewery they turn out some fine brews and it's right across the street from one of my favorite concert halls.
She runs 4.5 for the ABV, Sub 20 for the IBUs and the BME/SRM is a beautiful 8.
On the nose she is super light, almost vacant with just a hint of sweetness but not the Sazz I was expecting. The initial hit is nice and light. She has a full mouth with the flavor profile sitting on the tongue and no where else. Medium fast thru the middle and I got a hint burnt malt with the sweetness but not much else. She is a dirty girl on the back end tho. Interesting brew but nothing special.
