Arlington Texas School Shooter RELEASED on Bail For... Reasons?

A school shooting happened in Arlington, Texas earlier in the week, but it's completely out of the news. Why is that? Clearly because little Timothy George Simpkins was a victim of being bullied. No details about it, but there wouldn't be any to justify shooting 3 people and the resulting chaos injuring another.

But that's alright, he's already out on bail. He was only charged with "Assault with a Deadly Weapon", not "Attempted Murder" or anything like that.

Such a strange case.
