Is it ethical to fire someone who does not get the vaccine?

Earlier this week MPP Roman Baber from the Ontario Provincial Parliament tabled his bill to protect employees (in Ontario) from being fired if they have not had the Cvd-19 vaccination.

He joined me yesterday to give an update on what happened with the bill on Tuesday and share his heart on this important issue impacting the lives of so many.
