In this video you’ll see my plate loaded DIY lat pulldown system set up.

This can be done of a rack or pull up bar.

My rack doesn’t have crossbars so I’ve set it up sideways on my pull up bar.

Set Up
===

1. Attach the pulleys to the pull up bar/rack with tie down straps.

2. Insert the cable through the pulleys

3. Attach the handle on one end, loading pin on the other end

4. Add the upside down spotter arm to use as lap bar

5. Use a bench as seat
