The politicians made shoplifting less than $950 a misdemeanor, so what is the incentive to pay for just about anything in that state. With a limit of $950 per person a family of four could make off with $3800 dollars worth of merchandise daily. Californians must be so proud that their politicians put their criminals on a budget.
