Are the English being discriminated against?

I will not show the video of what i've seen as the person has not given me permission. But I will describe a flat, allocated to an English homeless person. It is not at a letting standard, it is not fit for human habitation.

Why is it that those in dinghies have been given hotels and being allocated brand new housing and we are offered the substandard housing?
