EDIT 11/2020 - HOW TO FIX: DON'T DELETE THE RECORDS, Do not delete the records!!! Instead, copy the two records (xx004269 and xx00426a) from PointLookout.esm to PointLookout Reborn.esm, drag and drop in their respective locations (USE Fo3Edit).

Fortunately, it is still possible to add these items to your inventory.

Open the console and enter the command below. Change xx to the number equivalent to the mod in your load order. In my case PLweightadjust.esp (it's the name of the .esp) is mod number 36:

player.additem xx008040 10
(add 10 Poisonous Punga to your Inventory)

player.additem xx008041 10
(adds 10 Mutated Punga to your Inventory)
