McDonald’s left his toy out again

This week we are having a rough week. My son is special needs with rare disease. He can’t eat meat 🥩 for he has only 21g of protein a day. Takes meds 3x a day and McDonald’s the no meat cheese burger 🍔 left his toy out. His heart was so broken 😞 Broken Arrow Oklahoma
